PassionRover 1.8 VVT cam timing?

head gasket went on my mates Rover 220 coupe, can't seam to find a Haynes for this model so before i take it apart does anyone know any links to were i can find info on this engine including torque setting, timing etc etc.

just the same as a normal k series iirc, except you have the other belt on the other end to change. just remove one of the cam sprockets, pop the belt on and put it back on the cam.

8mm bolt

Crankshaft pulley bolt 205 151
Cylinder head bolts
tighten progressively
1st stage
2nd stage
3rd stage
20
180 degrees
180 degrees
15
180 degrees
180 degrees
Flywheel to crankshaft bolks 85 63
Oil Pressure switch 12 9
Sump bolts 10 7
Sump to gearbox bolts 45 33
Sump drain plug 25 18
Tensioner pulley backplate bolt 10 7
Tensioner pulley Allen screw 45 33
Timing belt, front top cover 9 7
Timing belt, front lower cover 9 7
Timing belt, rear cover to coolant pump 10 7

Where do all the timing marks have to be before i take the head off?
