The problem is the guy went after him in a revenge attack. This was discussed in depth here recently and if the guy had of run him down during the attack he cld have got off scott free. But you are not allowed to seek revenge.

Probably everybody reading this agrees that the little s**t got what was coming to him, but you hav to be smart about it and do it in a way to cover yourself, otherwise the law is gonna make u the criminal.

I don't agree that the person who did the running over should have got a medal.
He CHOSE to run the person over, most cars etc have a REVERSE, he was at no danger of a knife WHILST in the car, he should not have driven over the pavement at the bushes.
Hard situation by all means, but MEDIA will only tell you what they want to, so unless first hand knowledge you will never know the whole story anyway.
I think the whole problem lies with the lack of action by the police preceeding this event.

If you all read it properly it reads that the 22 year old went round the blokes house threatened him then fucked off, this bloke then jumped into his car looking for him and then ran him over later on. Bit of a differnece from what you are all saying self defence is 1 thing but running someone over that was no longer a threat to you is another matter.
