ive already worked sunday night 8pm - 10am

and tuesday day 5am until about 2 hours ago (11:30pm)

back in tomorrow evening for about 6 hours and sign off alot of test certificates.
then thursday 8am - 6:30pm
then friday 8am - 6:30pm
then saturday 8am - 8pm
and finally sunday 8am - 8pm

i guess thats not too bad, only 81.30 hours this week

god i feel fooked already

Work in a law firm in Leeds in their Document Production department... we are more or less a 24 hour department. My finish time is 12.15 am

Old man worked a fair few Christmas's (made up for not being their in the Summer Hols when i was 8-12 Full 2 weeks in Sheel island, Scotland, South Wales ETC)

always tell a lad i work with, work a 10hr shift Frida he gets 10hrs pay at 1 1/2 rate and gets his Overtime for the month to claim the bonus. that 1 friday saves him 200quid

Exactly, I sometimes do a late Friday which stops me from going the boozer, so in effect I am Ł50 up straight away by not being able to go out, plus my wages


Used to do my head in having a night on the pop when I was cabbying,
Ł150-Ł200 wages lost plus my beer money

Crikey, never took it into account how much you guys can loose in a night off!!

wirralphil, most of that this week has been voluntry to get a huge job completed on time, good thing with the railway is they offer comfortable bonus's and incentives to get the staff to come in this time of year for the engineering works.
ive certainly done ok out of it or i wouldnt have bothered putting myself out, about 1k just for today plus a lieu day etc
