Anyone done pass plus?

Drive about a bit for 6 hours, supposed to be for new drivers though.
Rain, dark, motorway, rural roads, that's about it.
Most is covered on your lessons, so a few hours up and down motorway in the dark usually suffices.
Not a test, just do it and you've done it.

Typically first years no claims, and of course you save further every year when you renew.
So well worth doing.
Need to do it within a year of passing L test to benefit from discount usually.

Waste of time.... suppose to bring insurance down.. Brother saved Ł22.11 (4%) on his policy..
Plus If you get any points or anything like that it gets wiped and you've lost it....

My brother saved a good Ł300 on just his first year of insurance.
Have to shop around, companies differ in their quoting towards passplus.
Even if you saved Ł0, it's not a waste of time - it's extra tuition which should be compulsory.
