Do you want one like this? just the top section, with the M4 stainless bolt?

i spun it on a lathe mate,,,, problem was i couldnt find any new lacquered wire,,,, so i unwound an old coil onto a bar,,,then wound that onto my new bobbin,,,, bit of a bodgy,,, but i wanted to try it!, it works as a coil,, but havent seen if its strong enough of the car yet

how did you work out the energy needed to lift your valve?

did you do it force=pressure x area, where pressure would be the differatial pressure across the valve area,,, and of cause area being the valve area?

you need to machine (or cut) the end of the idle valve off

yes... I cant quite decide if you would have a differential across the valve though....its subject to a vacuum on the plenum side and its that pressure it has to overcome....along with the weight of the valve itself and any return spring (if fitted)....we perfected it with a little trial and error...i reckon it would work, but might be on the top side of the output from the ecu.....

I wasn't doing it based on the T6 but more for the mass market P8 etc....and I ran out of time to really develop it....
