Whats an average price for a standard 4x4 box out of an Escort go for these days (non clonky version!
).
was thinking between 250 to 300??

are you running a mullit box, whats your opinions of it? any different to standard. i noticed my 4x4 box is quite high revving, seems about 3000 rpm at 70mph, which can make it annoying on the motorway coming on and off boost when cruising (T3)
my gearbox is making some horrendous noises and will need attention soon

yes but the rear out put shaft is longer to take the smaller prop doughnut
you carnt fit a saf box into the escort unless you use a sierra doughnut and vice versa
