Morning Cabbie,

I had been out of the office yesterday, but having returned and seen your post I can elaborate.

Credit card wise, unfortunately electron is classed as a kind of 'pre-debit card' and for some reason known only to them our PDQ clearance people require the customer to be in the office to clear.

We can take payment from another person on your behalf, providing we speak to them for authority - but if you are aiming to pay by premium finance, unless you have a credit/debit card in your own name (which gives auto-clearance for finance) you will have to go through a credit clearance check.

Hope this helps..

Kind regards

Tony

Hi Paul,

You can get someone else to pay the deposit and could have the direct debit coming from your bank account, but we would need to pre-clear the finance to guarantee that you could pay by direct debit.

Otherwise you'd have to pay in full using the other persons card.

Kind regards

Tony
