right then,in true typical fasion i fancy a change of car again!
ive got an evo 6 at the mo which is about 330-350 bhp-great car and great fun.
but there are 2 cars i have always fancied and never had for one reason or another-a skyline. r33 gtr. and the m3 e46
has anyone had one/got one?what are they like in a mildly state of tune?
i dont want to regret letting the evo go if i got one.......or are there reasons why i should not get one??
better than the usual escos/evo thread!

Get a Skyline, give me 8grand, and youve got a big boost mega spec 3litre 800bhp+ engine with more torque than you can imagine.
Or give a UK Tuner 25k for the same setup.
Quick tho, ive had about 10PMs on the GTR forum already saying "give me 24hrs to think and ill prob take it".
Maybe i shouldve asked for more.
I do think if you got a genuine 350bhp in the Evo a E46 M3 will be boring and a 400bhp GTR wont be too exciting.
Beware of everyone claiming 400bhp just from 1bar, filters, and exhaust. Thats possible with a spot on map, but generally 370bhp is more realistic.
PS- That Stg3 vs 400bhp GTR thing is BS.
If it was a genuine 400bhp you can run high 11s even in a fairly heavy 33.
Even from a rolling start where the Cossie has the biggest advantage it doesnt happen, there was a good timing test example from TOTB once that shows that.
And when it comes to a corner, its a different world.
