Reckon I've paid someone's wages at BG for this week, trying to get warm with this sodding flu bug!

It's a much welcomed moved but it's still over priced though.

It's abit like when petrol prices drop by 2p or so everyone's happy about it but it's still over priced.

Seeing as gas has been free to these companies for about the last 3 or 4 months, they're bloody slow passing on the reductions. Greedy bastards.

Too little too late I am afraid. BG have been stiffing us on the electric with a dodgy meter that has taken them 4.5 months to tell us what was wrong. Now got to wait for them to extract a new meter from their arse and fit it.

Even telling them that the electric bill will not be paid until they rectify the issue and calculate/reimburse how much they owe us didn't work....

Some one else will be our utillities supplier I think.

Best of luck Daz.... we had the same thing happen and never got a penny refund from them. Still fighting for compensation since Dec 2005

We have various ideas but we will wait until they have sorted the meter first. Could be an interesting one.

The reason they delay the oppotunity to pass on savings is simply a P&L issue. Considering BG make a loss for 9 months of the year, it's that reason that they delay.
