That brings back some memories, I used to see it around Peterborough alot when they had just built it.
Pulled up next to me in the petrol station near Showcase once and I was soooo jealous in my xr3i

It didnt have the 3 door spoiler originally though?

What a pile of crap

Take the cossie spoiler off, the twin headlight conversion off, the wheels off, take the tints off & it might look ok

Hardly a piece of Automotive history.

Plus it's been for sale more times than Alex F's bottom.

It was that car that convinced me to put a Rattlesnake front bumper on my own S2

In it's day it was kinda cool though.

blast from the past.

Still have a few of the first few issues in the loft somewhere. Wonder how much they'd get on eBay these days.

I was a total Maxy P fan back in the early days....
I still remember thinking that they'd gone a bit off track with it even then, (although I'd probably preffered them to have done it Project Thunder style with my dodgy taste back then )

It's still very similar to when they built it, just the lights that have been changed to clear and smoked versions.
Suprised its still so similar and in one piece!

I never liked the esco spoiler to the rear ruined it!

Other than that, it was a pretty cool car when it was done! Back in the good old days when Max power wasnt a miserable excuse for a magazine!

I stumbled accross that car back when it was 'current' near Camden market, was just walking along and there it was parked up on the side of a road. Wide as fook.

That was about my area last year. I saw it at a Jap car meet of all things at The Bubble Inn at Stenson near Donnington it was on the club stand of the Midlands Performance Group. Didnt realise it was an old MP project car, i just thought it was a barn find from the early 90's
