Default HELP!!..How to change Pug 306 Dturbo Fuel Filter

can someone please give me a step by step guide on changing it please

it's a phase 1 1996 model with bosch pump i think

Hi Spiky,
when i done mine all i did was undo the 4 bolts take out old put in new and she fired pretty much straight away... i have put a black mark on the photo of where it is if it helps?

That's it. It's dead easy. Just remember to prime the system again afterwards

also remember the new seal goes around the edge of the filter, not plonked on the top.

.......and if it doesnt start first time you'll need to bleed the system using the hand pump & the bleed nipple!!

i forgot all about that as i had to do it that way the first time i think

edited to say maybe i never now as it happens i cant remember

The rubber bulb to prime the system is above the alternator

undo 4 bolts

change filter

put seal around filter

put top back up

pump the pump thing

start car???

Sound mate!!!

I had a good day aswell for a change!!! Got the engine out, & the new engine in & running today before it got dark at 4:30pm!!! Been at it since 8:30am!!!

Just got the intercooler & coolant system to plumb back in!!!
