Talk to people, just a chat, dont be going too deep.
Dont be getting beered up every night, thats the worst you can do.
Keep yourself busy, work overtime if its available, spend more time with your hobby whatever it may be or start a new hobby.
Now is the time for a new start, a change in life for the better, Look at your life now as a blank piece of paper, Think to yourself that you want that piece of paper filled with a drawing of your life from now to the day you die, and you want it to be the best drawing ever created, Choose your direction and you will become a stronger character.

i had the same problem well i still have and its been 5 years

i cant go in to detail dont wish to say everything on here
