My very best advice is to get out with your mates and do some of the things you like doing (even if you feel like nothing is worth it at the mo). It takes a while but eventually you start to enjoy being single and that when another relationship comes out the blue.

You may feel like you have to go on the pull to prove yourself but don't bother, birds can smell desperation a mile away and you'll feel even worse for getting knock backs. It's when you stop looking and go out for a night out with the lads and a lagh that girls see confidence in you and want to know.

Good look pal, remember the good times forget the bad times and never look back. It ended for a reason and that never changes.

mate time is a great healer im kinda in the same situation the one an all that you just dont know any of the answers to all the questions in ur head its a shitter in it but maybe in time things will just work themselves out keep ur head up and hope for the best it will all be rosey again in the future soon enough least ur true love is goin any where the rs that is all the best chin up

 

someone mentioned the "not getting over it" thing...

in my experience, the people who never get over it, are ones who were somehow going out with a minter, well out of their league, and as they cant ever get spawny enough to get another one like that.

so....

make sure you get on (dont have to be with, putting it in her will probly do, lol) someone (or lots, thatl help) at least as fit, help you get over it, stop you thinking the "she was the best girl ever, my god its all downhill from here" type thoughts which people get UNTIL they get on someone at least as fit.

id not keep on n on at her tho to try get her back, if its over its over, providing she knows u didnt want it to end, leave it as that, dont make yourself look desperate as in most cases thas jus gona drive her further away.

id go get myself on some birds asap, or at least try keep away from her for a while, as if you saw or heard bout her even kissin someone else, and youve NOT done similar, its gona make you feel even worse, and its just life that girls are the ones who gets cracked onto, so more likely without trying to have contact with the opposite sex.

im not trying to be harsh, im trying to give you some real world advice, its just really difficult in these situations without sounding a bit harsh.

BTW i asked about the age and how long been together thing, as ive yet to ever see a relationship (with a fit bird at least) where the girl started going out with whoever at 18 or less, and it worked out, and carried on much past say 21 or so, as usualy the girls freak out after a while with the old "oh my god, im this young and harldy lived and nigh on married already, i wana go out n do all the things while im still young" it sucks ass, but i think most people would feel the same.
(infact now i think about it, 2 of my own longterm relationships in the past ended for similar reasons. 1st one was rough, 2nd one i learnt from mistakes and had shagged about 10 people behind her back anyhow, lol).

Even worse when the blokes a bit older and have already had his fun.

It happens to everyone at some point tho mate, seems rough as fuck at mo, but it will get better, depending how you deal with it depends how soon it will, but IT WILL

My Wife of 7 years who i first met and fancied when I was 12, left me and took my kids to go and live with another bloke on my Birthday last year.

To say it fooked my head up is an under statement.

A year has passed now and it does get easier, got my divorce through last week and should have my final papers this week (on my birthday as it happens).

My outlook on life is now a lot different and all for the better. These things make us the people we are and every cloud does have a silver lining.
