Mustang, Ebay and an automated response
Hi people,
Have seen a 60's Fastback mustang on ebay that was rediculously cheap, so to see if it was real or just a type i sent an email to the seller asking about mot, running condition etc and all i got was this...
now the car is seriously cheap for what it potentially could be, plus he says he mentions ireland, where as the advert is shropshire based, he has no history......
is it stolen? Im not going to buy it cos it just stinks to hi heaven but i just wondered on your opinions.

Hi there,
The Ford is still for sale. This is a 1966 Mustang FASTBACK model with 116,684 miles on it. The car will be shipped from Galway, Ireland.
The price I want on Mustang is £2,500 ( £2,000 Buy It Now Price + £500 for shipping cost ). I can manage the shipping and you will receive the car in no more then 10 days, at your shipping address, at your DOOR. Once with the car you will receive all the car papers too.
I would like to make this deal using a third party, Yahoo! Finance ( they work with eBay ), as I want a smooth transaction. As soon as you will send the money to Yahoo! Finance, I will start the delivery process. You have to know that they will keep the funds until you will receive and inspect the car. Aslo, you have to know that if something is wrong with the car or paperwork or anything else... and you don't want to keep it, inform Yahoo! Finance about that and they will refund you the money in full.
In order to be able to contact Yahoo! Finance and open a transaction record I will be needing your details ( full name and the full shipping address where you want the car to be sent ).
I look forward to hear from you, Norman!!!

If ANYTHING looks like a "Bargain", nowadays, especially on eBay,
IT'S A SCAM...Walk away.
A quick Google would show the question shouldn't even have been asked.
There are plenty of cars imported through Ireland though.
