About £1700 A year but, my advise is have a look at the holaday park guide on buying an selling.

Once like i have done brought a brand new one £25k 3 years ago you have to sell it back to the park and they tell you how much they will give you in my case it was £12k !!!. They have total control you only rent the ground and they can tell you to piss off at any time and you can not just hook it up and tow it off you have to pay them ££££ to get it off site.

Bang to rights is one word that springs to mind

ok guys heres a new plan

thinking about buying non static one as i found out theres places in essex i can store it for around 300 to 400 a year

then all i gotta do is hitch it up to a diesel and pay 30 quid a night when visiting places all over

anyone else got a pikey caravan then ?

Old people and the man that runs the Waltzer and tarmacs driveways.

Don't do it you dirty gypo, for the same price you could buy a house in Slovakia or somewhere and make money renting it out when you're not there

Plus flights there are dirt cheap and probably less return for you, the missus and the baby than it'd cost in diesel to the lake district, especially towing

AND you won't get people wanting to beat you round the head with a wheel brace because they've been stuck behind your 4 berth plastic box for 3 hours whilst you struggle to hit 30mph up a hill.

Because you get to dig old bullets out the walls and it's a country where owning a 15 year old Skoda elevates you socially.

If you had a caravan over there, they'd probably make you a God like C3-P0 in Return of the Jedi.
