Not only has mine helped me feel better and made me realise why things could of happened in my past but its helped me with other things like last time, she sorted out a gym membership for me

its not your fault remember that so people being sick of your atitude need to realise that ptsd is a natural reaction to trauma and nothing personal toward them same as you i had a nasty bike crash leg injuries 4 yrs in pysio more ops on the horizon ive had cognitive behavioural therapy over 2 yrs it explains the mechanics of the mind once you understand it you can lern to cope once youve been exposed (sensatised) to that amount of trauma/shock it kind of stays with ya the crowds thing is a classic try betablockers they stop the 2 chemicals mixing to create that fight or flight feeling leaving you more able to relax, as shings said above about being your old self i went through that too but was told that you wont be the same person as befor that person didnt experience what you did in the crash analiseing things is an indication of change just roll with it and take things for what they are and not what you think they should be all the best
ps the gym is very important i go as much as possible and it really does help upstairs in the house and in the head
