That kind of money the selection is massive so no point reccomending stuff, but if it had to be a BMW then id get a mint E36 M3 Evo myself, best of the M3s overall, and good at everything.

Steve over the last 6 years I have fucking spent more than 8 k on the shit box. its still fun to drive expensive supenstion and shit, but the rattles and no air con and shit. I am getting old may even go for a auto.

should get a not bad phase 2 st220 for 8k now.. (nice chrome bits on the inside, rahter than the reems of black plastic everywhere phase 1 oh and a nice sony headunit too)
