Ford EWR 15's - std RST lead, and NGK 8E's are reliable to 16psi - more if u change em more often.

Standard RST ford leads.. about 18 quid for the set.

PP8 plugs from ford about 28 quid a set with RS disco- I believe PJ do em for 25 quid
(standard plug for large turbo escos)

That will do the bizz very well.
