Default gasket or gasket and sealer ?

finaly found an annoying oil leak coming from the gasket between the turbo and the oil return pipe to the sump
got a new gasket, but should i just use the gasket or put some liquid sealant of some kind on both sides of the gasket as well.

paper gasket only between the turbocharger and drain pipe - they cost pennies and if fitted correctly will not leak
