Old post I know, but does anyone have any info as to how up-to-date this information still is, has the law changed at all ?
Can anyone clarify what you can claim back ? is it just fee's for say going over your overdraft, or can you claim back overdraft interest etc... ?

You have to claim financial hardship to get your money back at the moment, the usual way is still on hold but i think 9th of December is THE date when we find out if it goes the banks way. I stuck a claim in back in 2006 and got £2650 back!! well worth doing
