What the best way to change these.Ive got a pair of poly ones to go in.Will i have to remove the beam from off the car.
I will change them when i put my other rear suspension arms on.

They are pretty easy to remove, one of inner ones of mine fell out when i remove the guide plate
(yes I am going to poly mine as well) failing that you can put a large socket between the arm and the mount and GENTLY let the car down until the bush pops out.

So jack the car up remove the beam mount bolts and that plate.Place a socket between the chassis leg and the bush. Then put the bolt in bush and socket and tighten up. So the socket will push the bolt out when lowering the weight of the car onto it.
the big ones that join the beam to the car this time around yes
i posted the method to do these in your last thread asking how to change the beam mounts (when it's your fault you didn't specify trailing arm bushes
)

the beam mounts are easy, get a big screwdriver in the side between them and the beam and prise them out, it helps if the centre tube section is removed first, but thats usually knackered and easy to get out anyway

screwdrivers won't help shift them unless they are properly buggered, in which case you can remove them with a fish finger

I wouldn't be damaging my chassis leg with sockets etc you can make a puller - long threaded bar with nuts couple of arb washers and a spacer tube you can pull the bush out without damaging the car.
I can post a pic of the tool I use to do it if that would help.

even easier, simply grease them up and jack them into place
if they don't slot straight in just sit on the seat above the mount and they will pop in
when i did my first set it too about 30 minutes for both sides and i didn't know what to expect

I was told they would need pressed in......disagree with this
I wouldn't like to try them when the beams on the car
The hardest bit for me was putting the bolt through the sleeve into the floor, it was right f on to get the bolts started

I used a harmonic puller and a big washer. Grease them up and they popped straight in.

I could talk the car to work and do them on a 2 post lift or take the car to my dads and do it on his garage floor using a jack and axle stands.
The original mounts have a load of movement in them so you can just push them by hand and make them line up before screwing the bolt down.
The powerflex ones dont have any give by hand, I had to leave the opposite side screwed in by 7-8 turns then had to loosen off the 4 bolts on the diff mount to drop the beam more and give a bit more room.
Then when it's all lined up torque them up ( off memory they're tight 70-90nm)

I fitted them this afternoon. It took me about 2 hours to do them.I was suprised at how easy the bushes come out.The first poly bush i fittes went well. The nsr bush was a bit of a pain.I had the car jacked up,a jack under the beam and my dad was using a bit of a gurder to leaver under the wheels to push the beam forward so i could get the bush and bolt to line back up.
