the poly ones that come in one peice just need to be popped into position
pop the old one out, make sure the beam is resting nicely on the jack but with enough space between the dropped beam and the chassis to insert a large socket, then jack the beam up to meet the socket and it "should" pop out
if it doesn't then you simply bounce up and down in the car until it does
when you put the new one in again, jack the bush into the beam slot, just make sure you put the copper grease around the top of the bush and it will pop in again
job done
