I used a harmonic puller and a big washer. Grease them up and they popped straight in.

I was told they would need pressed in......disagree with this

I wouldn't like to try them when the beams on the car

The hardest bit for me was putting the bolt through the sleeve into the floor, it was right f on to get the bolts started
