Default Alloy bushes for inner track control arm mount?

Does anybody make an alloy bush for the inner TCA mount? I hate Powerflex bushes! And I hate trying to get these fucking arms into the sodding crossmember!

I have never seen these, but would be a doddle to make, am going to the metal suppliers on monday to price up alloy metal as interested in making a few bits myself.

In the picture below are my track control arms with new Powerflex bushes. The purple bush is fat and makes it a pain to get the TCA into the crossmember. It would be really easy to replace with an alloy piece, shaped like a cork with a hole down the middle. Tabetha? Can you make some? May have to be in two halfs to get them in.

So your gonna have the alloy bush just pivoting on the steel tube? How long are you hoping for these to last?

Charlie,

Just rose joint them, you can buy a kit from rally design.....

U'd just need some spacers to match you crossmember and you'd find it easier to acheive your desired camber settings...

Dont use alloy in place of the rubber....

I was thinking about rose jointed adjustable TCAs but I can't use adjustable TCAs in the race series I'm in. I am allowed to use them if they are adjusted to the right position then welded.

Anyway, I got my arms on this morning via leverage:

Alloy wouldn't be a suitable material here due to that amount of movement, they can be made in two top hats pieces easy enough, but there needs to be a sliding surface somewhere, maybe a bearing in the end or as said rose joint would be much preferable if allowed.
