Default Need some help narrowing down a flashing light issue problem

Hi guys long time reader first time poster here, have had a few issues resolved however this one I am a bit at a loss with.

Basically I have an 06 tdci 130 giha. Up until recently it has started well and has had no real issues until now. I now have a flashing coil light when I put the car under load that sometimes cuts out and other times just flashes and goes into limp, however if i drive it light and don't boot it no problems arise. I've listed below the conditions as many haven't matched others posts so far.

1. My car now needs some ticking to start it up but does always start, it also can idle a bit lumpy other times it's fine.

2. Very smokey, it's fine once driving but any depression on accelerator or during acceleration through gears it's smokey, black on hard acceleration and a sort of dark grey under light acceleration once stable revs it's gone accept under lamps in the dark u can see it.

3. On acceleration hard in Gear 2 or higher coil lamp comes on and will cut the engine power and cut out completely at times, restarts generally straight away and clears the fault. Happens in 4th if you have to accelerate from 1800 rpm in particular just as turbo kicks in.

4. Turbo sometimes can be late kicking in but not always, generally fairly reliable and you can hear it spin up, as far as i can tell the actuator arm comes all the way up towards the front of the car when idling, it is electronic

5. Sometimes feels like car is hesitant/ juddering in 4th gear at 2-3k rpm ( not accelerating) but acceleration clears it

Things to note,

the egr valve and manifold are both clean I just did it, the valve moved and has strong return spring, it has electronic sensor on it too

Have changed the fuel filter this week, lots of water in old one but no bits of metal in it

Egr valve isn't blocked off and as far as I can see the pipes from turbo to egr are all intact.

Changed the camshaft position sensor it did help on rough idle etc but not resolved this problem

Changed air filter and cleaned maf sensor this week.

Have been running it on bp ultimate and have tried some cleaner too.

Haven't got codes as yet so will do shortly but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this issue or had had this and can start to point me the right way.

Many thanks in advance

you need to have a leak off test done on the injectors, sounds like an injector issue to me

Yeah that's what I was thinking, then if it is the injectors where is a good place to get some I phoned ford and they want Ł260 before vat, I can do it myself once I get an f super to recode them ( then it's a case of is it fire or cylinder order?!)

not sure on cost of top of my head mate been a while since i had some done, a delphi specialist would be preferable but most diesel specialists should be equipped and capable of carrying out the job, ive often used diesel bob as he is quite local to me

Ok so it's got worse now,

My car idles a bit lumpy but at least regular but on acceleration it's juddering almost misfiring and now goes straight into limp coil flash as soon as I accelerate harder than gentle and is really juddery?!

Further to this it is getting harder to start now and when I started this morning the light flashed as soon as ignition had started engine ( I waited
For coil off before starting)

Is this all pointing to injectors still based on this info?

Hmm really need to get codes now

It could be the injectors, or the IMV, or the fuel pressure sensor, or a myriad of other things. You're pissing in the wind without fault codes.

If you get P0251 and P1211 and no injector codes, it could still be the injectors. If you do get an injector fault code then I'd 100% take it to a specialist. It can be very difficult to get F-Super to take the code!
