Depends on the mods you have really, ITV20 are top for standard or slightly modded FRS's, ITV22's are better when you are running say over 250 bhp. All to do with running temps.

Either are a damn site better than the standard fit ones IMO

Do these come with the correct gap or do they have to be set with feeler gauges? if so whats the gap for the RS?

I presume i should go for ITV22...mods are Bluefin & GGR Sports CAT but hopefully a CAT back will be on shortly.

DO NOT change the gap on the Denso Irridiums. Will become very fragile under extream heat.

Personaly I have the ITV-22, no point going for the 24's unless your running well over 280bhp.

ITV-20's are just stock basically, may as well spend the cash on ford performance plugs.

Anything really from 212bhp, you should have colder plugs, or eventually you'll get the usual missfire.

So if i got the ITV22 plugs they'd be ready to just pop in out of the box (so to speak)?
