S2 RUNNING HOT WITH PRO ALOY COOLER FITTED????
CAR RUNS COOL WHEN ON THE ROAD BUT AS SOON AS IM IN TRAFFIC THE TEMP GAUGE GOES TO THE RED ANY IDEARS CHEERS

The intercooler is blocking the flow of air to the radiator so less cool air is getting to it.
Do you have 2 fans?
I have a GRS Intercooler on mine and I removed the thermostat from the thermostat housing too. Get an over ride fan switch wired up like I did.
You can turn the fan on whenever you get into traffic to keep the temps down

u have the fans spinning the wrong way, change the wires around the other way it will be fine, the fans will suck rather than blow, a common mistake when installing a FMIC with 2 fans!

true! it causes cyl no 4 to heat up! i took the centre out my thermostate! it causes a slight restriction in water flow but helps it to run cooler!

I got a Gen 2 Pro Alloy
found that i had to put a 82c stat in and a cossy 4wd cooling fan switch
also had to butcher the bumper for decent airflow into it as well
It runs under 90c all day long now
