jamsport can fit a six speed box for Ł1800 all in or go for the box i've got cts stage two plus quaife a.t.b shot peened and polished gears..... use the same spec you have got in your sig @ 25psi........ this is the work i am currently having done now at zoo motorsport...

Engine
zoo motorsport built 2.0zvh eagle steel rods je pistons 7:8:1 compression ratio
David Newman custom cam
Pumaracing 45mm valve race spec larger insert cvh head with custom double valve springs
Gt25/40r 0.64 dual roller bearing turbo Simpson’s race exhausts tubular manifold hks filter forget the t34 too laggy and old school my Previous turbo was a t34 0.63 exhaust
Zoo three inch exhaust system from the turbo back
Zoo turbo pre-rad and oil cooler with remote oil filter
Zoo spoon style inlet manifold with 45mm ram jets
Grs fm cooler grs 520mm rad
Uprated escort cosworth fuel pump
S8 ecu running coil pack, closed loop lamba
750cc injectors as well as supplying more fuel then my old dark greens these are a much superior injector due to the spray pattern coming from six port hole nozzles instead of one for better fuel atomization. These supply 56cc less then eight greens.
Zoo group a engine mounts and gearbox cradle. This what I can remember so far.

Transmission
Cts stage two plus gearbox with shot peened & polished gears
Helix six paddle clutch extra heavy duty cover
Zoo hydraulic clutch

Brakes
Hi-spec Wilwood four pot calipers 300mm discs alloy bells
Hi-spec 300mm rear brake conversion alloy bells
Zoo Wilwood pedal box conversion triple master cylinders brake biased valve

Suspension
Avo coilovers
Zoo rose jointed adjustable rear beam
Zoo adjustable rose jointed lower arms for camber & castor

Wizard of nos 100 shot direct port nitrous & holley progressive controller every turbo charged car should run nos there so many benefits

Once run in Karl Norris will be doing the mapping @ 2bar ready for Santa pod 15th October on my old spec L8 ecu pectel 2.1zvh 311bhp @ 5960 and 296fbt but could only run 19 psi due to injectors where at Maximum duty cycle ź 13.3 @ 113 mph

If you don't fancy building the engine yourself use Ian Howell at Fiesta Frenzy as all the other tuners ring him for advice on the zetec anyway.

Steel rods, forged pistons, proper inlet manifold, bit of head work and plenty of boost should see 350bhp

I would personally go for a GT28RS with a .64 T3 exhaust housing

Speak to Grant at AET turbo's, he's your man for turbo's

Same sort of money but alot better spool up and drivability.
