Default RS Turbo - Too much crankcase pressure?

After fitting 3 seperate gaskets to my rs i still get a leak by where the cam pulley is.

Could i have too much crankcase pressure in the top?

If so can blocked breathers cause this and would it just be a case of removing them and blowing air through?

Wouldn't of thought so...if that was the case, i dare say the filler cap would pop off before the gasket was breached. Are you 100% sure its the rocker gasket an not the camshaft oilseal..?? You need to get the rocker cover on a true flat surface and check that edge, as the only pressure points for the seal along that edge come from each corner, even a slight undulation in the middle could cause a leak

I will take it off the weekend and check the cover is flat all the way round.

Yup definately leaking form the gasket mate can see the oil coming from underneath at that edge

I have replaced the breather filter yesterday just incase that was blocked up a bit.

Yup already got the rubber gasket on but ermmmmmmmmmm i didnt trim it i just banged it on

So when i take rocker cover off just put it on a flat surface such as a table or kitchen worktop.

If it is slightly out of shape can i easily bend it back

Maybe a bit of Loctite gasket sealant would help keep it in place.

Has anyone tried threading the oil filler neck and getting a custom cap made?

when you tighten the rocker cover nuts use a screw driver and hold the gasket in place so you can see it. i had to cut the end of my rocker cover because i'm running weber management with the phase disk behind cam pulley so the bracket Fouls the rocker cover i use to have that same problem so now i have the gasket so only part of it under the rocker cover
