Default Thanks to Christian and Gary @ APT

Had my s2 setup by apt today, runs fine and goes very well now at 20psi!,

Very good service and found my fuel pump was fooked, worth any other people out there with a tuned s2 to get there pump checked as it seemed fine to me but a test revealed it was tired!, had the fuel pressure mod aswell,

Worth taking your car to them around east anglia way as they take it on the road and see whats happening!, just need a power run now!

how many miles have you done before rolling road set up. I am up to 650 now, feels like it is freeing off nicely?

didnt have it rolling roaded mate, they set it up the same as a live map, blasting it down roads near there workshop so you get all the loads and air in account on the setup pretty cool, gotta have a power run at another place as Apt dont have one.....

We have SO many problems with the "tuners" over here..
Example...
Called up a company that is SUPPOSED to be a ford tuner garage, and supposedly the best in denmark. Called to ask them about if they could get me a cam (kent cvh34) and they said yes but would rather not as they had only had powerloss with all the cams they had tried (cvh34 and the piperT2) so they only used standard cams. And yes they did use adjustable pulleys.

And right now im thinking

CheeRS everyone.

We have advanced Test Equipment and are finding the the majority of RST Fuel Pumps that haven't been replaced are tired. When we put together our APT Tuning packages, a replacement Fuel Pump will feature early on. Its worth considering if you still run a Standard Original Pump.

We are less than 10 Miles Northwest of Norwich.

We charge Ł47 for a Basic Static Tune rising to Ł80 for a Full Road Tune. This involves a brief Visual and Diagnostics session, followed a Road Tune with our MoTeC Wideband Lambda Reader connected. We will adjust within the parameters of adjustment available. We charge extra to dial a cam in if needed.

See our (in construction) website www.ap-tuning.co.uk

SCA??? Are they still around?

Alan takes his time because he doesn't know his arsehole from his elbow. SCA started falling apart once Gary left, then when Mr C left, it's allll downhill.

The only good thing about SCA is the rolling road. I am half tempted to take mine there once it's done

Good idea.. APT would make a fortune
Would be nice to take the car to a PROPPER tuner and not some backyard "bruno" tuner

(fishing for discounts )

PMSL - I would have to insist on Gary operating the Rolling Road though, as I am sure Alan doesn't know how to use it. Maybe it would be worth putting a drop of 3 in one oil on the rollers as I doubt they have turned for about a year.
