I am thinking off putting a 2l blacktop in my s2, can I use the same inlet and manifold which is on my zvh? Also can I use the same cluch and gearbox what eales is involed

dunno what inlet you have, might fit with adapters, I'm currently converting to zt following the above guide with a few alterations.

 

You can use your manifold

But use the black top zetec inlet instead of a cvh item, and rather than using a unreliable adaptor plate get the head redrilled and taped to fit the cvh unit

Or a much better idea is sell your stuff and get a frs mk1 turbo unit and manifold for a bolt on conversion and use the black top inlet

 

I will have a read though your project studabear... and rsmark86 I think I will need to sell all off my car to get one off than engines lol....

 

its not my project mate, i'm just following the guide
