Default Flywheel options for zetec turbo conversion?..

Hi guys. New to this forum and looking for some help with my s2 zetec turbo conversion, I read that using the cvh efi flywheel with the holes drilled larger is suitable but can I use an 1800 zetec flywheel with my cvh gearbox and will the rst clutch ,pressure plate and starter fit ok??? Is there any mods I need to do to Make it fit And will this all work with the original cps? Thanks guys.. Any help would be great as its booked into get management fitted on 2nd April and need it sorted before it goes... cheeRS

1800cc flywheel fits with RST gearbox. And you can use RST pressure plate and clutch. Standard clutch will be ok for ~170bhp. Also starter fits fine.

A cvh efi fly is lightest std and easily drilled out to Zetec hole size
I've used frst or xr2i flys on any Zetec jobs I've done

Thanks for getting back to me so soon guys! much apprieciated...Forgot to mention its a 2.0 silver top engine if that makes any difference? Its got an mfi flywheel fitted with a cvh 220mm paddle clutch.. So can I just swap the flywheel to 1800 zetec with no mods ,bolt the rst clutch and pressure plate on with cvh box and use standard cps and housing?, can't wait to get it on the road... any other stuff I should watch out for.? It's got standard internals, rover inlet, grs front mount, stage 3 cvh turbo, scorpion exhaust.will be running Kms management too, Don't know what injectors it's running or what fuel pump it has as I bought it mid project, thanks again guys.

Yes you can do all this witout any modifications. Only thing- with Your other stuff installed, standard clutch will not hold the power. I think with 2,0 and prog. ECU and bigger injectors you will see ~250+ @ 1bar.

It depends @ CR ratio. If its stock engine 10,... what so ever CR, then you are not able to run it with 1bar boost, without knocking.
