Yes use dabs of super glue to stick it to the sump especially in the semi circles then fit it to the block. Don't bother with the silicone. Use genuine Ford or Payen gasket too.

Blowing out a sump gasket sounds like boost pressure is getting into the sump - or there is a huge amount of blow by.
Maybe have that checked out.

That was my first thought when i read this... It may just be that the gasket isnt fitted properly but if it is and it still blows out then the sump is pressurising.
There maybe an underlying problem. Worn piston rings allowing compression/boost pressure into the crankcase/sump and pushing your gasket out, does the oil cap blow off? What are the breathers like?

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
my thoughts aswell, hopefully its just a shit gasket. try a good gasket and keep an eye on it. unless your dipstick is super tight fitting though id expect that and/or the oil filler to be popping out. id suggest maybe a wee bit of crankcase pressure is causing the gasket to fail but not enough to pop the filler/dipstick off. which highlights (hopefully) how poor the gasket is opposed to the engine been worn out.
