i saw a purple mk4 escort fitted with a cosworth engine in but so it stayed fwd.cant remember if i saw it on here or elsewhere..anyone know owt about it or a resto thread etc..got a mae whos thinking of doing said conversion into a rsi but would like some info about it before jumping into things..cheers

It was on here, think it was done by "coswurv" or similar. Don't know if it's still about though.

didnt it still run a standard bc or ib5 box, or something rs turbo based anyways, so wud just kill itself when shown anything more than standard power and torque from the cossie lump?

why not put a focus rs engine and box in? hard, but still a bucket load easier than a cossie.
