Default Goodwood festival of Speed.

Had a good day at the Goodwood Festival of Speed yesterday, plenty of interesting cars and products on show plus some great action up the hill!!! The mighty Ford Supervan took the top spot in the shoot out but sadly not a normally aspirated version now.Very quick machine but the lack of engine/exhaust noise for me is still strange!!! The Second spot which went to the Subaru was a great result as well!!! There were still plenty of turbocharged/normally aspirated cars going up the hill which was great and seeing Redbull's F1 race winning cars being driven by Max Verstafen, Marc Webber, Danny Ricardo, etc from Redbull Racing to celebrate their 25 years was an unexpected bonus. Not sure how many people there were but it was a hell of a lot judging by the car parks. This year me and my Son had the roving grandstand passes which was well worth the extra cost and made viewing the track action much better.

Yer that SuperVan was bloody rapid. Was there the Saturday and FoS never disappoints, though I do wish they'd ease up on the ticket prices (just bought next years tickets and a not insignificant jump up again)

I went in 2022 as I was gifted it by BMW hospitality, met loads and saw loads, having a pocket full of cash helps as these guys know how to charge and got up close to Mansell & Hill
