Default which wires run to fans

ello ppl just seeing if anybody knows which wires run to the fans as the previous owner cut a whole load of wires and struggling to relocate them, ive got the main wires coming off the fan itself but anybody know where these connect to.

There should be a black miltiplug on the loom on the drivers side, infront of the rad and sits on the crossmember. The wires are brown and black, so pretty bland and will probably blend in well if they've been chopped.

Good luck!

IIRC they go past the drivers strut tower elong the inner wing before they get to the position mentioned above if that is any help. (There is a plug there that can be shorted to switch the fan on for setting timing etc as well). I always thought is was strange that ford recommend the fan running before setting ign timing - guess it has something to do with putting some load on the engine?

cheers ppl all sorted the wally who had it before cut the switch off the the wires leading to the fan and just left the black and brown wires loose, but then put in a manual switch.

couldnt work out why just the manual switch, and not run both, surely it would of been easier if they cut in themselves and then if you needed to switch the manual on? lol

anyway all sorted and back to how it should be.

cheers
