There are a few things I would change...
AFR table is too lean around idle/cruise, and too rich everywhere else.
Your TPS AE is way too much.
Your TPS Threshold is way too small and will be cutting in without throttle input.
Your injectors are far too small for running any sort of real boost, maybe around 10-12psi max.
Your idle control valve frequency should be *4 not *2 or you will here it 'buzzing' with the ignition on and car not running.

But... what exactly is the problem you are having?

does it not start at all? has the ecu been modified internaly to run edis? if it injects and the edis is live then it will def run regardless as the edis will always be stuck at a dead 10deg if no advance signal is given from the ecu. Does the ecu show rmps when cranking? Need a bit more information mate.

TunerStudio tachometer shows on startup from 130 to 230, I think it means is that the EDIS

maybe I was wrong when put in R12 1K resistor, was written (not remember which forum) that ought to be 4K

best result obtained with the data settings is quiet constant explosions of degrees 13.5 and 14% Throttle Position, and other times nothing at all sometimes only single loud explosion

Just seems a bit funky, have you tried upping the priming pulse to give it a good bit of fuel to start on?
