Default ERL aquamist water injection fitting help

I've taken the old set up of my Mfi RS turbo and now want to fit it to my EFI xr3i turbo but the pray use to be activated my a pulse from the coil

Obviously I don't have coil now I have coilpack how would I get the same signal I have the handbook that came with it but I can't get my head around what I need to do

Anyone else got this system fitted?

According to the instructions You use the negative from the coil to pick up an RPM pluse? Any ideas what I could use instead as I don't have that it recommends CPS or Alternator

Presumably you've read the instructions ? Is it not normal to use an injector trigger ?

In the instructions is says CPS or alternator, yer Its wasted spark EDIS ignition apparently pin 2 will give me the rpm pluse but have no ideas how I would test for that, is it just going to be a 12v trigger that turns the relay on? Or something more complicated

I'm likely over complicating things but I don't want to assume it's working set the boost high and fuck the engine want to run 14 and 20psi switchable like I did in the RST

Your ECU has some spare outputs that can activate water injection if needed mate, you wouldn't need the ERL controller, just pump and injectors etc.

As above Karl will be able to sort it. The ecu can activate the water injection based on what ever inputs you can think of. RPM & Boost for example, or TPS & RPM.

I would probably do it for RPM and Air temp or boost and air temp. For example when Boost was over 12psi and manifold temp was over 40deg. etc.

Yer that's how it already works I think it has a pipe that goes to the inlet manifold so guessing that's the boost pressure, it's all mechanical so I think the pressure is set within the valve?
