Default series 1 braided fuel lines...help!

Hi all
Im looking to get some stainless steel braided fuel lines going from the fuel tank under the car to the engine bay....Just wondering what size diameter fuel line i would need for my series 1? I wouldnt think i need more than 3.00m?? only running about 200bhp and standard fuel pumps..

Ive seen some braided fuel lines with rubber lining on the inside, and was told this was the best line to use....any help mch appreciated!!

cheers

ptfe lined is usual, im sure I used -6 on mine from pump to engine and back again. Getting the fittings wasnt too much of a problem but the return to the fuel tank was a bit of a bodge.
