got a missfire then cuts out he had it on the rollers sat ran fine 178 bhp then started playing up again been put down to fuel pump so getting it back on tuesday

with you on that alan jefferys shit imo he just got back from afgan and started spending money on her i told him to take it to woodford but he was worry about driveing it to fair

Good for you, so whats your choice then. 
How many sessions or laps have you done on a track and how many sets of tyres have you gone through on track to compare with? Whats your experiance to give us people on here reading an understanding to why you choose different.
How about you get the best suited tyres for your car and ill do the same then we race round a track and see what choice was better.
Its quite simple, the more rubber you put to the floor the better the handling will be. Using 205 is the perfect width without causing bump steer and following ruts in the road, and 40 is the perfect height to clear the arches and take abuse on corners without rubbing.
215 is too wide and 45 is too high. So you tell me whats best and i may try it on one of my track cars or even on a road car if you think your choice would be so much better than mine after 12 years + of experiance.
