Engine sounds lovely Jano!
The Wossners dont slap from cold like my old Accralites did, and the solid lifters are almost no louder than hydraulic ones, theres bucket loads of chatter from my little Stage 2 T3, whole car is runnning and driving really nicely!
Shame the turbo and injectors are maxed out! hehehe

Good stuff, but 150 in 4th seems waaay high to me.

What's the gearbox and power?

Most RST's hit a wall at 150 in 5th.

Fairplay on your efforst though mate, i've been watchin' the graft you have put in

Here's my ratios and rev limit Neil, we hit 7050rpm easily after changing up from that again in 3rd!
Power estimate is somewhere between 220bhp and 240bhp, i've just maxed out my injectors (480cc VXR's) they were peeking at 106% so have had to drop the boost down a bit
Last RST I mapped with a similair spec made 236bhp with a stock head, well used cam, and his injectors were at 90%, mine is a nicely spec'd NMS head with a new Newmans cam/solids and have big VE gains over the other RST above 5500rpm
Other thing to bear in mind is that i'm high compression, slightly higher than stock as the head has been skimmed twice and the block decked once, peeking at 27psi and holding 22psi (well until I turned it down because of the injectors).

Yes you have Tim...... it's not a stock RS Turbo gearbox, XR2 Final drive mate!
The calculator is correct that cannot be disputed, and I hit the limiter which is set at 7050rpm was also cannot be disputed unless people think i'm lying , so I was doing 150mph, which if the speedo went that high would have confirmed it too

Just for your reference this is what a stock RST would make, if it could pull to the limiter in 4th/5th...
BIG Difference!!

Just to point out I'm not the sort of person to come on here boasting about big power figures or speeds, I was just pleased and suprised with it's performance having built and mapped it from scratch myself and wanted to share that with people is all!

dont so harsh on your self lol, he probably couldnt pull much more in 5th because of the power he has. it would be a better road car with standard ratios imo.

p-s i can only pull 154 on my focus rs box but it gets there from a standing start in a 1/2 mile

Yeah I was thinking the same thing but didnt have enough road to try 5th, only just had enough to get to the limiter on 4th!!
If it were my choice Gary i'd have stock ratio's too but thats what the box came with, I will be dropping down to 16's though which will give me this...

If I drop from 45 to 40 profile then it will be even better but not sure if they will look to small in the arches?!

your car would feel more responsive on standard ratios you would be in your power band more if that makes sence.
