Default Where to get nuts and bolts

for my rs turbo pickup!! ive got all the ones i removed can i get them zinc coated or am i better off getting brand new ones!
I need all new nuts and bolts for my underbody restoration so i want eveything minty mint

Chuck all the ones you take off in a pot and get them zinc coated ,costs about £20

Hi,if you want em brand new and stainless or titainium,check out demon tweeks professional motorsport catalogue,or if you want em zinc or stainless,check out "rally design",both do em in imperial or metric by the bucket load,ok

Hve a search for a local fasteners company, there will be one close to you who will be able to supply you nuts and bolts to your spec which will be a fair bit cheaper than the likes of demon tweeks etc

yeh i went to a local lawnmower place.just buy all new high tensile bolts.they aint expensive.save any hassle with coating etc.

Grampian fasteners in dyce should be able to sort u out with stainless stuff and normal steel too

Thing ive always been led to believe is its not a good idea to use non ford bolts for certain suspension parts. Its all very nice havin shiney stainless bolt but they may not be as strong etc. Someone will correct me if im wrong, or if anyone knows of direct as good replacements for anti roll bar brackets etc let me know coz i'd replace mine 2moro to match the nice powder coating i had done.

if you take all your nuts and bolts and everything else that is suposed to be that gold colour when new put it all in a box and send me it i can get the lot done on the cheep

i wonder why so many people have to keep replacing there oe fasteners,when you state how wonderful them is in the first place,get a4 stainless,and grease em up,and be done with it..
