Hi guys,

are the any noticable differences between the 1.8 and the 2.0 pinto engine? i have a mk1 sierra with a 1.8, just wondering if i could just bolt in a 2 litre without telling anyone

The fact that a 1.8 has 185 cast into the block and 2.0 has 205. Other than that there may be a height difference.

carb would need rejetting to suit.

Thanks costina, next question i suppose would be is it worth it? 1.6 to 2ltr yeah i'd do it, but is there that much difference between the 1.8 and the 2ltr?
