A section of Corn Flakes box would be better than a Felpro item.

if it's a 1.8 you can use a standard ford cvh job. If it's a 2.0 or 2.1 have your head welded and machined to accept a focus rs gasket like mine. ONLY way to do it IMO. Felpro are for N/A American cvh and aren't suited for high boost.

just make sure your block face and cylinder head are prefect flatiness otherwise your cometic gasket will blow.

Using felpro on standard headbolts with no problem at 20 psi.

For £100 you can have the machine work done to the head to accept a Zetec gasket and £20 for a Focus RS gasket though. The commetic is £90-100 plus the block AND head have to be machined to a 0.020mm tolerence or something otherwise it will fail. So it would actaully work out cheaper to go down the Zetec route anyway.
