coming to England maybe want to see some RS's
Hi all,
Where I come from (Israel) we don't have a lot of Escort RST's... (Around 3 to be exact and one of them is mine...)
I'm planning a trip to Europe at the end of September and I wanted to know if there are some shops of Rs't that maybe I could come and take a look, see how the pro's do it, see some project, get ideas, maybe even I'll buy some treats for my car...
I will land in Berlin and make my way towards the U.K...
These are all just thought i really hope I could make this happen....

I don't know where the shops are in Germany and the UK, but there are quite alot online shops where you can buy your stuff and let them send it to u. Also on a plane they don't let you take all car stuff. Once had problems getting gearbox parts on the plane.
14 september is in Holland the European Ford Event in Landgraaf. I don't know if your already on your way, but else i would deff go there. Alot of cars and rst will be there to with alot of shops.

i think i had a 'phrasing' problem.
when i say shop i dont necessarily mean places where i can buy stuff, i mean shops like auto shop where they actually build and repair... but when i think of it i don't think that any car/shop owner would want a tourist hanging around in he's shop.... :/
are there any events in October that you know of...?

You might be best coming to an event, but due to the british weather, a lot of RS's are stored for winter around this time of year.
Depending on where your travelling in England, Fast Ford are having a trackday at Oulton Park on the 8th of October. Oulton Park is in the North West.
You would get chance to see some there and could have a chat with the owners etc?? not sure if that's any good to you
Derbyshire & Durham are also having a track day with club stands i think, not sure if there are any traders, but that is on the 15th November
