need a bit of help taking off the rad from my escort rst. mechanics say it cant be taken out from the front, so does that mean the manifold and turbo have to be taken out... cant be!

how it done ???

 

id take it to another mechanics mate they obvious;y dont have a clue
you dont need to take of the turbo,take the front bumper off and just unbolt it and the intercooler from the crossmember,best to seperate the rad and intercooler first as it will make it easier(a LOT)

 

cheers mate. believe me itl the last time i use that mechanic, and i intend to tell evry1 in the area too! theyve had the car for 2 months rebuilding the engine. and thhats with me checking up on it every day!

yea im getting worried. actually they sent the parts off to specialists. at least i have piece of mind knowing i can go right back to them, believe me they know who i am, ive been bugging them for the best part of 2 months.

ill keep you posted how it turns out.
