Looking good

I can see the intercooler to plenum pipework being a bitch! ACT's will suffer due to the close proximity of the manifold/exhaust will they not?
Be interesting to see how you get around it!
Good luck! Look forward to further updates

the engine luks nice m8 just hope jamsport dont pull ur eyes out like they did with me on my engine, got a standard 1.6 of him he told me it was a full engine rebuild but it wasnt he done the bottom end sound shot a cam in the old head which was fucked after i had ran it in and tryed 2 give it sum see what it went like(shit) the head gasket was gone the head needed skimming and the valves and springs were fucked, so after plenty of fone calls to tell him the problems with the engine i got of him he just keeped fucking me off after i spent all that money in his garage,so i had 2 folk out again 2 get it all dun rite which is nice it shud off been done rite in the first place
So as u can gather im not the biggest fan of jamsport and if any 1 asked me were there shud take there car it defo wont be there a wud tel them 2 go sum were professional.

cheers mate...could you do me a huge favour...can you confirm the shape of the ports on the flange...do they match the exhaust ports of the head? or are they round?

any idea what the spool up with the turbo will be on that manifold?

yeah it was a good match. i have a jamsport spec big valve head.

Looking at the way the primaries come over each other they are in a different order to all i have seen as number 4 comes over instead of underneath.

Makes sod all differnce - the gases are moving that quickly, they dont have time to pick up any heat. Bit of heat wrap and will be all good.

Mr throttle body - who did the inlet/plenum? What was the reason for going individual TB's?

Rick.

very nice similar idea to what we are trying to pull off.

i thought i spied a wrc exhaust manifold.

out of interest who made the bit of your exhaust that goes from the turbo to the system.
