cos that can be a right bastard some times
mine did this, apperantly its common and tightening the nuts is risky as u may daage the studs
they didn't come with a gasket but u can get one from burton power.
my advice is either take the manifold and turbo off and have the faces machined flat or as a quick fix fit a gasket

i use a metal gasket from garret which is about 1mm and shaped to squash into place with some exhaust high temp sealer each side
lasts a few months at a time on 1.5bar plus
i also use some ss m12 bolts in place of the std jobs with hi tensile nuts - do not use ss blts and nuts together , they will pick up and you have to use a grinder to get them off!!!
