Default ZETEC TURBO BUILD HOPEFULLY FOR THE LAST TIME

Fetched the engine from Jamsport on Saturday
here is a few pics of of engine with manifolds fitted. alot of work toi do yet on making it all fit but its all good.




Big thanks to Jamie for sorting out the engine.

I dont get why the turbo will be sitting near the inlet...

wont you have heat temp probs?

Radders that is the least of my problems i am on pr alooy cooler lol

The downpipe hopfully will not cause any problems with heat on the inlet it will b well rapped and it isnt actually that close when mounted i will go with the same set up as stu collins if its a problem and reverse the turbo

what sort of management you using & what kind of power can you expect from an engine of this spec with whatever turbo your running?

its on dta and t34 for now might have to change turbo for a gt 30 and extenal gate when some more money available alos might have to go up a grade on ecu so can get some more features but it makes what ever power it makes..
