Default Thanks Karl @ Frenzy Performance Tuning

Just like to say a big thankyou to Karl who managed to get my Zetec Turbo up and running on the new OFAM management beautifully just in time for Ford Fair on Sunday amongst aload of wiring issues too, had a great weekend out in it after a gearbox change on saturday night thanks to the old box shitting itself not long after i got home from Karls place, must be the extra power
Top bloke, knows his stuff keeps you updated and is very reasonably priced too would definately recommend thanks again!

Thanks Cameron was a pleasure mate, your gearbox going the night before Ford Fair is just brilliant, typical RS Turbo ownership right there mate! lol
Now for a bigger turbo to really make use of that engine.... and break some more box's!

Yep i'll be back with a bigger turbo next year

How do you mean about the breather? the long pipe goes down to a catch tank infront of the gearbox

How many pipes does the breather have? Where do the others go?

Also what boost are you running, im surprised the charge pipe has stayed on, how is it fixed.

One to cam cover one to crankcase one to catch tank
Charge pipe has a bracket around the bottom peaks at 10psi it stays on fine at that

Have a rover turbo inlet to go on when i change turbo, injectors etc sometime over winter

All that needs connecting to breather is crankcase and cam cover and then vent to atmosphere which is through my catch tank, does that sound right?
Its not the best fitting thing as it is meant for a cvh and looks like its just crammed in there

Your breather is fine Cameron don't worry mate.
That bracket for the carrier pipe isn't really fine at any boost lol, my advise was to fit it to the cam cover as it was intended, much tidier and no brackets, but changing the inlet and pipework all together is also a good option

Whats the best way to plumb a zt breathere? Im currently using a coswoth breather and have the 2 top pipes plumbed into the rocker cover, 1 pipe into the rear of the block and 1 to atmosphere, is this ok?
